This Senior Accountant position combines assurance engagements with detailed accounting support for clients. You will establish charts of accounts, prepare postings, summarize financial status, and investigate irregularities. The role includes coaching junior colleagues and preparing clear engagement communications.
Key Responsibilities: Establish charts of accounts and prepare entries for posting
Summarize financial status through statements and relevant reports
Investigate irregularities in entries, documents, and reports
Prepare correspondence outlining engagement findings and highlights
Coach and mentor junior team members
Requirements: Two to four years of relevant public accounting experience
Extensive GAAP, SEC, and IFRS knowledge
Experience working with accounting and tax software
Understanding of business and accounting principles
Flexibility to travel as necessary
Combine financial reporting, assurance, and discrepancy investigation skills to help MNP clients make confident decisions through accurate information.
