One Duck Hospitality seeks an HR Generalist for its growing restaurant group. This hands-on role covers hourly and salaried hiring, HRIS records, payroll administration, benefits, compliance, and workplace support. You will guide managers and employees across downtown establishments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring during peak periods
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, payroll enrollment, and first-day readiness
Maintain confidential employee records, certifications, permits, and training
Administer payroll, advantages, RRSP contributions, and employee inquiries
Support employee relations, health and safety, leaves, and terminations
Requirements: One to five years in HR or people operations
Experience with HRIS and employee data systems
Google Suite experience
Post-secondary Human Resources education preferred
Hospitality experience is an asset
