As Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, you will support Dent Build, part of Build In York, across healthcare facility projects. The hands-on work combines social media content, client communication, CRM management, and business development. Success requires confident communication, organization, initiative, and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities: Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and social platforms
Design presentations and promotional materials using Canva
Maintain CRM records, leads, and client information
Research prospects and conduct outreach across channels




Visit GTA clinics, brokers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements: Experience in marketing, business development, or client relations
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Proficiency with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Microsoft Office
Solid organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills
Comfort with regular GTA field visits and required driving
