Ward & Burke is recruiting skilled operatives for busy infrastructure work supporting Thames Water and Southern Water Works. Experienced Groundworkers and Machine Operators are encouraged to apply. The role provides hands-on site experience alongside experienced teams, with mentoring to support development. Candidates must hold a full UK driver’s licence. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out skilled work on water infrastructure projects
Complete groundworking activities across assigned worksites
Operate machinery for project requirements
Support experienced site teams during delivery
Develop practical capability through mentoring
Requirements: Prior experience as a Groundworker or Machine Operator
Full UK driver’s licence
Ability to work full time
