As Operations Team Lead, you report to the Store Manager and contribute to daily retail operations. Your focus includes managing inventory, processing shipments, fulfilling E-comm orders, and completing markdowns. You will help increase sales and satisfaction while preserving GARAGE brand and visual standards.
Key Responsibilities: Organize the stockroom for productive inventory management
Process incoming shipments for store operations
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
Complete E-comm order fulfillment and markdowns
Support merchandising and customer satisfaction objectives
Requirements: High school diploma required
Six months of relevant stockroom or inventory experience
Ability to use technological equipment and software
Curiosity and creativity to simplify processes
Proactive collaboration with store teams
Use your inventory, technology, and process skills to strengthen GARAGE store operations and help deliver satisfying customer experiences.
