Part of Trotman Auto Group, Abbotsford Chrysler seeks a motivated Parts Advisor supporting customers, technicians, and the Service Department. The work involves vehicle systems, electronic parts catalogues, inventory systems, and accurate communication. Coachability, organization, reliability, and customer focus matter.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers, technicians, and Service Department with parts inquiries
Identify, source, and recommend correct parts and accessories
Communicate pricing, availability, and order updates accurately
Process orders, quotes, invoices, returns, and warranty documentation




Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory
Requirements: Basic automotive parts and vehicle systems knowledge
Explicit, professional verbal and electronic communication
Computer, electronic catalogue, and inventory system comfort
Valid BC Class 5 licence and clean driving record
Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds
Bring organized customer service, parts sourcing, and inventory skills to Abbotsford Chrysler and its busy Parts Department.
