As a Medical Equipment Coordinator, you connect customers, field service teams, logistics partners, and internal operations. You coordinate equipment deployment, maintenance, utilization, and returns. Your work supports equipment availability, operational efficiency, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate equipment shipments, deployments, exchanges, and returns
Monitor inventory, availability, utilization, and asset records
Process equipment orders, requests, and documentation
Track movement and provide shipment status updates
Receive, inspect, store, and distribute equipment
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Two or more years of related experience
Experience with inventory, shipping, receiving, or asset tracking
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment
Bring equipment coordination, logistics, inventory control, and accurate recordkeeping skills to Baxter’s Mississauga operations.
