This enterprise-wide Human Resources Business Partner reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and HRBP. The position partners across Human Resources, corporate areas, and functional groups. It supports business objectives through talent solutions, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development across British Columbia, Alberta, and North Bay, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational HR advice aligned with business objectives
Coach leaders through complex workplace and employee relations issues
Drive talent planning, retention, development, and external hiring strategies




Develop change and organizational development initiatives supporting business growth
Oversee performance, compensation, compliance, and company-wide HR programs
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
Seven years of relevant HR generalist or management experience
Knowledge of provincial and federal labour legislation
Demonstrated consulting, advisory, coaching, and influencing skills
CPHR or CHRP designation preferred
Apply strategic HR, leadership coaching, and talent expertise across Dynacare’s multi-site Canadian operations.
