Lead major gifts and partnerships for local health care across the Fraser Valley in this in-office, community-focused management role. Build relationships that fund equipment, programs, and education for patients and families.
As Manager, Strategic Relationships and Partnerships, you will report to the CEO and lead major gifts, legacy giving, grants, and partnerships. You will connect donors, businesses, foundations, and community organizations with Foundation priorities. As the team grows, you will also lead a Fund Development Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities: Manage major gift donors and prospects with the CEO and board
Match donor interests with local health care priorities
Grow legacy giving through wills, securities, and life insurance
Develop multi-year business, foundation,



and community partnerships
Prepare proposals, impact reports, and partner updates
Requirements: Relationship-building experience in fund development, partnerships, sales, or community work
Record of closing significant gifts or agreements
Robust listening and persuasive writing skills
Understanding of donor privacy, ethics, and gift acceptance
Valid driver's licence and evening or weekend availability
Bring relationship development, major gift, and partnership skills to strengthen local health care throughout the Fraser Valley.
