IL Fornello Oakville is seeking a specialist chef in Oakville, ON, to supervise kitchen staff, create current recipes, and prepare Italian and European cuisine. The role requires 1 to 2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to train staff while maintaining food cost records and menu planning. Hours are 35 to 40 per week with morning, day, evening, night, and weekend shifts available.
