Key Responsibilities: Prepare commercial and residential estimates, quotations, and tenders
Complete takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment
Examine drawings for conformity, errors, and project details
Analyze project financials and labor costs




Source materials and maintain supplier, vendor, subcontractor directories
Requirements: Two to five years of relevant hands-on estimating experience
Experience with estimating processes and project materials
Required blueprint and shop drawing reading skills
Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
