This Human Resources Manager owns end-to-end North American HR operations at Univeris. The role combines senior recruitment, structured interviews, performance management, career pathways, Canadian employment compliance, and AI workflow automation. You will partner with managers and coordinate with the Madrid HR Manager on shared standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and mission-critical technical roles
Set interview rubrics, talent playbooks, and Lever standards
Design performance cycles, calibration, and manager coaching practices




Build career pathways and quarterly retention initiatives
Oversee Canadian compliance, investigations, and EOR partnerships
Requirements: Six to eight-plus years of progressive HR management experience
Experience evaluating senior technical or finance candidates
Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and investigations
Experience with performance improvement plans and manager coaching
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and cloud HR systems
Bring strategic recruitment, employment compliance, and AI-enabled operations expertise to Univeris’s North American HR leadership team.
