Support WBM Technologies by coordinating IT hardware purchasing, vendor availability, order tracking, and delivery information with careful attention to detail.
As a Purchaser, you will help manage technology products, equipment, and supplies across WBM. You will obtain pricing, confirm availability, and follow up on changing delivery timelines. Collaboration with vendors, Sales, Asset Management, and internal teams is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate purchasing requirements across the business
Confirm product availability and vendor delivery timelines
Follow up proactively on outstanding orders
Support receiving, reconciliation, and asset tracking processes
Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
Requirements: Experience purchasing IT hardware or related equipment preferred
Experience working with vendors or distributors preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
