Use AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bluebeam to create utility substation drawings for Iconic Power Systems projects across Canada. Support accurate, constructible electrical documentation.
This Electrical Designer role supports utility and industrial substation design, estimation, and execution. Prepare drawings from sketches, standards, and specifications while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. Contribute to planning, scheduling, budgeting, and change management.
Key Responsibilities: Create single line diagrams, site plans, and electrical plans
Produce sections, conduit plans, and detailed design documentation
Develop drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bluebeam, or similar software
Coordinate with engineers, designers, drafters, utilities,



and consultants
Participate in meetings, site visits, and field support
Requirements: Engineering degree or Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma
One to three years of relevant electrical engineering experience
Ability to interpret codes, standards, and client specifications
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in office and field environments
Bring CAD drafting, electrical documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills to Iconic Power Systems substation projects.
