The role focuses on assessing and evaluating adult and paediatric patients, monitoring physiological parameters, and responding to sudden changes. You will work wide-ranging shifts, including nights, weekends, and home on-call duties, while supporting high-quality recovery care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide and evaluate post-operative recovery care
Assess patients using the ABC approach
Respond swiftly to sudden condition changes
Ensure safe administration of intravenous drugs
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements: RN or RODP qualification with valid pin
Minimum one year post-registration experience
Current experience in recovery or acute surgical care
Current critical care experience accepted
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
