As a Delivery Specialist with AWIN, you will support Sales Consultants after vehicle sales are completed. You will manage paperwork, prepare vehicles, perform client deliveries, and explain the CSI Survey process. The position develops customer service and communication skills within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate paperwork with F&I; Managers and Sales Consultants
Pre-check vehicles two hours before scheduled deliveries
Perform vehicle deliveries with clients
Explain CSI Survey purpose and process
Introduce clients to Service and Parts departments
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Clear Driver’s Abstract
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen and attention to detail
Professional appearance and confidentiality
Support Mercedes-Benz Markham deliveries through organized administration, polished communication, vehicle preparation, and customer-focused service.
