As Payroll Coordinator, you will process payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissionable employees. You will support compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal requirements, auditing standards, and SOX controls. The position also involves reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process multi-jurisdictional employee payrolls
Maintain compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and SOX controls
Prepare and distribute timely payroll-related reporting
Perform payroll reconciliations and support year-end reporting




Answer stakeholder questions using a customer-centric approach
Requirements: One to two years of multi-jurisdictional payroll experience
Working knowledge of provincial employment standards
Working toward or holding the PCP designation
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Experience with WorkForce Now or other payroll systems
Bring payroll expertise, Excel capability, and careful data management to Henry Schein Canada’s multi-jurisdictional payroll operations.
