As a Service Advisor, you will support customers throughout their vehicle servicing experience. You will use multiple computer programs, assess repair and maintenance needs, and explain recommendations. The position includes comprehensive training after the initial 90 days, plus graduated, mentorship, and online brand training.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in the service drive
Perform vehicle walkarounds with customers
Review vehicle history, recalls, and recommended maintenance
Coordinate communication between customers and technicians




Prepare estimates and provide timely vehicle updates
Requirements: One to three years of automotive experience preferred
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience considered an asset
Valid driver’s license and manual transmission ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust customer service, listening, and time management skills
Use automotive service knowledge, customer communication, and organization to support clients and technicians as a Winnipeg Service Advisor.
