LMC Healthcare in Ottawa is seeking a Diabetes Educator (Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse) for a temporary full time position lasting 18 months at our Ottawa location. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement based on clinic needs, focusing on diabetes self-management and interprofessional collaboration.
Responsibilities include education in self-management, care plan development, EMR documentation, insulin administration instruction, SMBG training, and community outreach.
