At Sienna Senior Living, you will work with the Long Term Care team and build relationships with residents and families. Your support will address individual care plans, communication, mobility, comfort, and well-being. The role focuses on helping residents live fully each day.
Key Responsibilities: Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming activities
Encourage residents to use glasses and hearing aids
Administer prescribed medication after required training
Maintain access to canes, walkers, and call bells
Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and oral care
Requirements: Completed approved Personal Support Worker program
Internationally Educated Nurse with a nursing degree accepted
Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check required
