As a Recreation Aide, you help create welcoming environments that encourage participation, relationships, and overall well-being. You coordinate with the Recreation Manager, Executive Director, families, volunteers, and interdisciplinary team members. Your work follows care plans, AgeCare policies, and the Collaborative Care Model.
Key Responsibilities: Create inclusive environments encouraging resident participation
Coordinate daily program preparation and delivery
Maintain accurate departmental documentation and charting
Support special events, outings, and resident transportation




Assist meal service and resident-centered routines
Requirements: Required diploma or equivalent education and experience
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to build meaningful resident connections
Cooperative, energetic, and resident-centered approach
Appropriate driver’s license classification for transportation
Bring inclusive programming, relationship-building, and compassionate communication to AgeCare’s resident engagement and leisure services.
