Maritime Beauty seeks an experienced Human Resources Coordinator for its Halifax-based HR team. The position supports employees and leaders across the organization through recruitment, perks administration, workplace investigations, and policy maintenance. It also contributes to employee engagement, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Administer daily Human Resources programs and services
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
Support employee relations and workplace investigations
Maintain records, reports, policies, and documentation




Administer Workers' Compensation Board claims and processes
Requirements: Three years of progressive Human Resources experience
Post-secondary Human Resources or related education
Knowledge of employment and Occupational Health & Safety legislation
Microsoft Office and HRIS platform proficiency
Professional handling of confidential information and competing priorities
Bring broad HR experience, sound judgment, and organized administration to Maritime Beauty's Halifax team on this contract assignment.
