Key Responsibilities: Contribute observations and knowledge to Nursing Care Plans
Communicate resident information with collaborative care teams
Follow care plans during bathing and showering
Serve appropriate diets during meals and snacks
Participate in resident care evaluations and conferences
Requirements: Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
Minimum Health Care Assistant provincial certification
Five years’ experience in continuing care
Demonstrated supervision and leadership abilities
Solid judgment and interpersonal skills
