Specsavers Victoria is seeking a Store Manager to lead the daily retail operations, oversee a team-oriented team of optical and retail staff, and deliver an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.
You will coach and develop team members, manage inventory and product selection, and ensure compliance with industry standards while upholding Specsavers’ values and customer-first approach. This role offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly compensation.
