This Planning Systems Coordinator position suits detail-oriented professionals who organize information and improve processes. You will maintain databases and tracking platforms, monitor changing schedules, and prepare reports for leadership. Frequent interaction with operations, dispatch, and leadership teams supports explicit visibility into workload and potential issues.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain data in planning and tracking platforms
Monitor work volume and scheduling trends
Identify resource gaps and potential operational issues




Perform routine system maintenance
Improve planning processes across maintenance operations
Requirements: Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with business systems, databases, or tracking platforms
Operational data reporting and analysis experience preferred
Knowledge of forecasting or workload planning preferred
Ability to resolve problems proactively and accurately
