The Executive Director leads a Chamber connecting Canadian and Lithuanian businesses with customers, distributors, and local advisors. Reporting to the Board, this leader builds membership and sponsorship while overseeing programs and daily operations. Candidates based in Canada are preferred, with scheduled availability across Canadian and Lithuanian time zones.
Key Responsibilities: Represent the Chamber across Canadian and Lithuanian markets
Maintain partner relationships with embassies and business agencies
Recruit members, manage renewals, and secure sponsorships
Organize webinars, networking events, and trade delegations




Prepare plans, budgets, records, and Board progress reports
Requirements: Strong written and spoken English
Business relationship-building producing opportunities, partnerships, or revenue
Experience delivering events or projects with multiple contributors
Familiarity with budgets and contact management tools
Availability across Canadian and Lithuanian time zones
Bring partnership development, membership growth, event delivery, and operational follow-through to this Canada-focused Chamber leadership role.
