As an IT Intern, you will work with Welltower’s IT Infrastructure and Help Desk teams. You will provide technical assistance, resolve hardware and software issues, and support process improvement. The internship offers exposure to reporting, analysis, and creative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-response technical assistance to Welltower employees
Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams
Track, manage, and resolve tickets using Help Desk software
Install and configure computers, printers, phones,



and peripherals
Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
Prior IT, Help Desk, or related internship experience preferred
Basic understanding of computers, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, browsers, and Apple iOS
Proficiency in SQL; MySQL, SQL Server, or Tableau exposure is advantageous
Develop IT support, troubleshooting, SQL, and reporting capabilities through hands-on work with Welltower’s Toronto teams.
