As Vice President, Claims Experience, you will guide claims performance, evolution, and service standards through your management team. You will bring policyholder insight into corporate strategy, balance exceptional service with fiscal stewardship, and improve business outcomes. The position requires extensive property and casualty knowledge, regulatory understanding, data fluency, and change leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead claims from first notice through resolution and payment
Champion fair, prompt, empathetic policyholder treatment
Monitor performance, trends, reserves, leakage, and experience metrics
Oversee controls,



governance, and regulatory compliance requirements
Support catastrophe response and complex claims management
Requirements: FCIP required, or CIP with FCIP in progress
Ten or more years property and casualty claims experience
Five or more years in a leadership role
Experience managing catastrophe response and complex losses
Knowledge of claims regulation across four provinces
Shape Sandbox’s claims future through customer experience, claims governance, financial stewardship, and strategic leadership across the organization.
