As an individual contributor, the Logistics Analyst oversees fulfillment, outbound flow, and system transactions. The position works with 3PL partners, Transportation, Customer Support, IT, and warehouse teams. Its purpose is ensuring orders depart safely, on time, and in full while improving cost efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily outbound fulfillment, packing, and shipping activities
Track pick accuracy, order fill, and delivery metrics
Coordinate shipments and resolve customer-facing exceptions
Perform scan, weight, and load quality audits
Analyze freight data and develop improvement dashboards
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Two or more years in outbound shipping operations
Working knowledge of ERP or WMS platforms
Excel and Power BI or Tableau proficiency
Understanding of parcel, LTL, truckload, and export requirements
Apply outbound coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional communication to support HP shipping performance in Olive Branch.
