Apply process mapping and data analysis as a Continuous Improvement Associate supporting practical workflow improvements across departments. Work with employees and managers to understand needs and inefficiencies.
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will document current and proposed processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. The position involves preparing procedures, coordinating working sessions, tracking actions, and supporting implementation. You will also help measure results and confirm updated processes work.
Key Responsibilities: Understand processes, pain points, and business needs with stakeholders
Map workflows and identify bottlenecks, duplication, and simplification opportunities
Analyze data to support recommendations and measure improvement results




Maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
Track action plans, assignments, timelines, and unresolved issues
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
One to two years of relevant experience
Process and technical mindset connecting workflows, systems, and data
Experience documenting processes and resolving problems through data
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bring analytical process improvement, documentation, and follow-through skills to support measurable operational changes across departments.
