Adecco is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a growing food manufacturing client. This experienced maintenance skilled oversees preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, utility operations, and maintenance personnel. The position supports production performance, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities: Direct daily maintenance scheduling, repairs, and troubleshooting activities
Oversee boilers, compressed air, refrigeration, cooling, and water systems
Maintain equipment records, KPIs, and required documentation
Coordinate major repairs, rebuilds, and equipment overhauls
Manage inventory,



spare parts, budgets, and departmental expenditures
Requirements: Licensed trade certification or relevant post-secondary diploma
Five to seven years’ manufacturing maintenance experience
At least two years’ food manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical, electrical, PLC, controls, and automation troubleshooting
Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, and developing employees
