As Senior Director, you will define RBC’s three-to-five-year DevOps transformation and product roadmap. You will guide AI-integrated SDLC frameworks, harness engineering, and specification-driven development. The work spans strategic planning, product delivery, organizational change, and enterprise adoption across Technology and Operations.
Key Responsibilities: Own the multi-year DevOps transformation strategy
Define AI-enabled SDLC technology standards
Lead portfolio prioritization and investment allocation
Deliver DevOps platforms, tools, and services




Build pilot-to-scale innovation pathways
Requirements: 10+ years product management or related leadership experience
5+ years managing product teams
Enterprise transformation experience in complex organizations
Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms
Understanding of AI/ML applications in DevOps
Lead RBC’s DevOps transformation by combining product strategy, AI-enabled delivery, executive influence, and enterprise-scale technology leadership.
