As a part-time day-shift Personal Support Worker, you will support older adults in long-term care. Your work follows Yee Hong’s resident-centred approach, residents’ rights, government standards, mission, and philosophy. You will help clients maintain dignity and safe daily routines.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care for daily activities and personal hygiene
Support residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs safely
Follow resident-centred care practices and relevant government standards
Respect residents’ rights, organizational mission, and philosophy
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course
Current CPR certificate
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and manage time
Availability for permanent day shifts, weekends, and short shifts
