You will oversee staff, budgets, quality, and safety while coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Program Management teams to meet APQP/PPAP milestones and production targets.
The role emphasizes operational leadership, financial accountability, and a focus on process validation, cost control, and continuous improvement across injection molding and blow molding operations.
