SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership is recruiting Snowcat Operators for winter construction projects. Operators will maintain frost roads, winter access routes, utility areas, and site activities. The position requires previous Snowcat experience, winter access knowledge, and the ability to follow site procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Build and groom frost roads and winter access routes
Maintain winter work areas throughout project locations
Keep routes safe for construction crews and equipment
Report mechanical or maintenance issues after inspections
Support general site duties and safety procedures
Requirements: Experience operating Snowcats in winter construction environments
Remote winter construction experience considered an asset
Ability to work effectively within an established crew
Solid commitment to safety and site direction
Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Use proven Snowcat operation and winter construction experience to maintain safe routes and productive sites for SRG crews.
