This temporary, part-time Member Representative works with branch teams and internal partners across the Thunder Bay market. The position addresses member inquiries, identifies individual requirements, and explains financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with branch teams and internal partners
Respond to member questions and service needs
Assess needs and explain relevant financial offerings
Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently
Organize daily work to meet required deadlines
Requirements: High school diploma with equivalent customer service experience
Minimum one year of proven sales experience
Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth
Basic Credit Union products, services, and systems knowledge
Ability to communicate courteously, clearly, and professionally
