This permanent part-time Associate Director role supports video or film production for television and other media. Working three days weekly, you will prepare production materials, coordinate contributors, and exercise independent judgment with appropriate direction. The position requires English and French proficiency, careful attention to detail, and reliable communication across multiple daily deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Attend production meetings and contribute to program planning
Prepare rundowns, scripts, shot lists, and cue sheets
Screen and time segments, programs, and live shows
Coordinate crew, talent, facilities,



and production resources
Support recording, playback, editing, and post-production requirements
Requirements: Radio and Television Arts diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years of relevant industry experience
Essential knowledge of iNews or related systems
Bilingual English and French language proficiency
Robust communication, computer, and detail-oriented skills
