CBI Home Health seeks an HR Advisor to support managers, employees, and people-focused programs. The work includes coaching, employment legislation, HR operations, and employee engagement. You will help deliver services across the employee lifecycle while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Coach managers on employee relations and performance management
Support performance improvement and leadership development initiatives
Assist onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle programs
Advise on legislation, policies, agreements, and best practices




Track HR metrics supporting engagement and operational improvements
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience supporting employee relations and HR operations
Knowledge of employment legislation and workplace health and safety
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
