Comfort Keepers seeks a Registered Care Aide for the Victoria area. The work includes personal care, household support, mobility assistance, and client observation. Caregivers also help maximize independence with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver client care and home support under health team direction
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
Observe clients and report significant presentation changes
Prepare meals, shop for groceries, and complete laundry
Maintain clean, protected environments for clients and staff
Requirements: Recognized Health Care Assistant graduation with BC Registry Number
Criminal record check completed or obtainable
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
First Aid and CPR certificate
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
Support Victoria clients through compassionate personal care, home assistance, observation, and collaboration with Comfort Keepers’ health care team.
