As Product Manager, you will own the Identity ecosystem connecting Zero Trust networking with customers’ existing infrastructure. You will guide authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management across Tailscale. The portfolio includes OIDC, SAML, SCIM, access policies, and user management. Your work supports administrators, developers, and end users.
Key Responsibilities: Own Identity vision, strategy, and roadmap across platform capabilities
Improve administrator configuration and access policy management experiences
Make authentication flows rapid, secure, and intuitive
Partner with engineering, product,



and design across platform components
Turn customer insight and support patterns into roadmap priorities
Requirements: Four to seven years of product management experience
Direct ownership of an identity product or platform
Fluency with OIDC, SAML, SCIM, WebAuthn, and OAuth
Experience serving developer or security-focused audiences
End-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, and customer relationships
Bring identity product leadership, technical fluency, and customer insight to Tailscale’s secure networking ecosystem.
