You will rapidly test potential solutions using LQMs and emerging agentic frameworks. Collaboration with AI researchers, product managers, software engineers, and user experience researchers supports tangible outcomes across SandboxAQ.
Key Responsibilities: Prototype and evaluate potential model solutions rapidly
Build and validate novel ML models and algorithms
Clean, transform, and engineer complex datasets
Study model failure modes and production performance




Collaborate on technical ML deployment roadmaps
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Eight or more years of postgraduate software development experience
Full ML lifecycle experience from exploration to deployment
Python expertise across the modern ML stack
