Use accurate data entry and analytical skills to maintain store inventory information for T&T; Supermarket. This position follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Financial & Accounting, the Inventory Control Associate keeps inventory costs, quantities, and receipts records current. You will monitor receiving activity, reconcile AR and AP transactions, and stay current with inventory control practices and system changes. English communication is required.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate store inventory receipts records
Monitor receiving transactions and enter invoice details
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions
Update inventory costs and quantities
Stay current with control practices and system changes
Requirements: Strong organization and analytical abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Confidential information handled ethically and professionally
Ability to work with minimum supervision
English communication skills; Chinese is an asset
Support reliable inventory data through analytical review, organized follow-up, and accurate accounting administration at T&T; Supermarket.
