Working across Environmental Services divisions, this position maintains inventory operations and clerical processes supporting water distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment. You will audit stock, process accounts payable, protect meter inventory, maintain records, and prepare reports. The role also includes Cartograph Work Order System and Microsoft 365 use, plus coordination with customers, contractors, and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities: Perform inventory audits and monitor meter stock security
Process purchasing and accounts payable activities
Maintain Cartograph, spreadsheets, files, and reports




Track unmetered water usage and quality records
Research specialty products and handle general office duties
Requirements: Community College graduation in business, logistics, or supply chain
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Customer Information System
Strong organization, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain databases
Ontario G Class licence and Forklift certificate required
