As a Personal Banking Associate, you contribute to the team’s sales plan through product education, advice, and member-focused recommendations. You handle walk-ins, emails, inbound calls, and faxes while identifying opportunities to satisfy primary needs. The position requires sales experience, banking knowledge, and careful regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Assess members’ financial needs during every interaction
Deliver banking products and services meeting primary needs
Cross-sell and upsell by uncovering additional requirements
Provide advice on transactional banking, investments,



and credit
Refer high-value members to appropriate staff
Requirements: Post-secondary education with two years’ sales experience
Proven sales experience in a customer-facing setting
Financial services industry experience considered an asset
Credit solutions experience considered an asset
Compliance with anti-money-laundering and regulatory guidelines
