ParaMed seeks a Registered Nurse for community care across Dryden and designated areas. You will assess patients, deliver ethical nursing care, monitor care plans, and build trusting therapeutic relationships. Support from fellow nurses and supervisors is available for more complex patients.
Key Responsibilities: Complete scheduled community visits within nursing scope
Assess individual patient needs using appropriate techniques
Execute and monitor care plans continuously
Adjust care plans when patient needs change
Maintain qualified records for encounters and plans
Requirements: Current CNO registration as a Registered Nurse
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Reliability and flexibility for scheduled community visits
Willingness to travel between patient residences
Required on-call coverage, including after hours
Bring assessment, care planning, and relationship-building skills to help Dryden patients remain comfortable at home with ParaMed support.
