Use childcare programming and active supervision skills as an Early Childhood Worker with the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. This permanent, full time position serves children in La Ronge.
Based at Mikisiw Awasis Early Learning Centre, this position supports children’s safety, well-being, and appropriate development. You will prepare age-appropriate snacks and meals, maintain daily journals, and interact with children attending the program. A combination of childcare education and experience may be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Provide quality programming for children’s development
Actively supervise children attending the program
Interact with children throughout program activities
Prepare and serve age-appropriate snacks and meals
Follow the LLRIB Personnel policy manual
Requirements: One to two years’ experience in childcare or related fields
Early Childcare Education Level 1 preferred
Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks required
Class 5 driver’s licence preferred
