As President and Chief Executive Officer, you will align Excel’s housing portfolio, capital initiatives and operations with client needs. Reporting to the Board, you will lead strategic planning, financial stewardship and organizational effectiveness. The position also advances Calgary operations and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee housing, real-estate assets and capital initiatives
Align capacity and long-term plans with client needs
Lead operational, financial and organizational performance
Establish processes, measures and organizational reporting




Support governance and informed Board decision-making
Requirements: Relevant undergraduate degree required; master’s preferred
Significant leadership experience across complex organizations
Experience with infrastructure, housing, real-estate or capital assets
Ability to lead growth, change and strategy execution
Integrity, resilience and solid relationship-management judgement
