Support major infrastructure projects at Graham through onsite HSE leadership, safety training, and compliance reporting. This full-time position serves British Columbia operations.
As an HSE Coordinator, you will support Graham’s Infrastructure Division while reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager. Your work contributes to roads, highways, bridges, interchanges, light rail, bus rapid transit, and airports. You will help protect workers, visitors, and the public while strengthening project safety performance.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as Graham’s onsite HSE representative
Communicate Project Specific Safety Plan requirements
Coordinate worker and supervisor HSE training
Identify hazards, complete inspections, and track corrective actions




Coordinate with inspectors regarding regulatory compliance
Requirements: Four or more years of construction or industrial HSE experience
Solid understanding of HSE management systems
Knowledge of incident investigation and reporting
Understanding of inspections and compliance requirements
BC Hydro experience is an asset
Bring infrastructure safety coordination, training, inspection, and reporting capabilities to Graham’s project teams throughout British Columbia.
