Medication distribution is central to this Pharmacy Technician opportunity at Humber River Health. Work across clinical units and outpatient areas at the Wilson Site.
As a Registered Pharmacy Technician, you will support safe, effective medication service within a digital hospital environment. Responsibilities include unit dose filling, sterile preparation, purchasing, receiving, delivery, and documentation. The temporary full-time assignment requires rotating-shift availability and reports to the Manager, Pharmacy Services.
Key Responsibilities: Manage technical aspects of medication distribution
Fill and check unit dose bins and interim doses
Prepare IV additives, TPN, chemotherapy, and sterile products
Purchase, receive, pre-package,



and deliver pharmacy stock
Document and maintain medication-related records
Requirements: Part A Pharmacy Technician registration required
Recognized pharmacy technician college education or equivalent
Unit dose or IV additives experience preferred
Ability to prioritize wide-ranging workloads and optimize workflow
Excellent attendance and discipline-free record required
Bring medication distribution, sterile preparation, and pharmacy documentation skills to Humber River Health’s patient care services.
