Lead protected, effective production at Grodan in Milton, Ontario, using shift supervision, workforce management, and manufacturing coordination.
As Production Supervisor, you will manage 15 to 30 people and report to the Production Manager. You will support production planning, environmental compliance, equipment reliability, and shift communication. The position requires continental 12-hour rotating shifts, including every second weekend, and offers responsibility for production unit output.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure quality manufacturing follows production plans and schedules
Coordinate daily planning calls and shift-change communication
Complete required daily environmental compliance checklists




Manage workforce according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement
Prepare production reports and resolve production delays
Requirements: Two to five years of production supervisor experience
Manufacturing plant experience preferred
Mechanical or engineering background
People development and training skills
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and SAP
Bring manufacturing leadership, safety oversight, and production coordination to Grodan’s Milton operation on rotating shifts.
